Mud Jeans

Mud Jeans keeps things simple - they want to create a world without waste. How do they do it? By leasing jeans that will either be kept or recycled and no in-betweens.

Implementing the circular economy principle, their jeans re-enter the production process after use and remade into timeless and more sustainable pairs.

Mud Jeans

Mud Jeans are made from two sustainable materials: organic cotton and recycled cotton. These fibres are Global Organic Textiles Standard (GOTS) certified, an international standard that monitors the material’s production to ensure no pesticides, insecticides, or toxic chemicals are used and to check if workers are employed in fair and safe conditions. They also use Cradle2Cradle (C2C) indigo dye and recycled water when washing their products through reverse osmosis, a water treatment process that removes contaminants from water by using pressure.

Currently, all their products contain 40% post-consumer recycled cotton intending to introduce jeans made from 100% post-consumer recycled cotton.

Mud Jeans

They also accept pre-loved denim from any brand made with 96% cotton or more, in exchange for €10 off purchase or a month free lease. Apart from their environmentally friendly products and practices, they also share their expertise in a podcast entitled Go Circular.

Enjoy the feeling of leasing a pair of jeans that can last a lifetime with Mud Jeans. Check out their socials for more interesting facts and info about them.
