No after sales service whatsoever!

If I could give negative stars I would. I should have heeded the advice given on more independent review platforms instead of getting swayed by possibly paid reviews. So disappointing that a company should present so well to sell products with a good cause but when there is an issue to totally ghost a customer! I sent several emails with NO RESPONSE! ZERO! Apparently reports have been made to the ACCC about them. Buyers Beware!
