REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns, exchanges, and refunds:

2-year Manufacturing Warranty

Memobottle Pty Ltd will repair or replace at its discretion, any manufacturing defect* (see #1 below) in its products free of charge for up to 2 years from purchase. This does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear* (see #2 below), accident (lost/stolen), combat damage, improper care or cleaning, non-standard usage or negligence. Product must be purchased from www.memobottle.com or from an authorized memobottle dealer and should be returned to us for evaluation. 

If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us at hello@memobottle.com.  For any claim to be recognised, customers must notify memobottle Pty Ltd within 24 months of purchase and provide an order number or receipt as proof of purchase. Memobottle Pty Ltd will then provide you with an address to return the faulty or damaged item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 20-25 business days.

A memobottle Pty Ltd team member may require further evidence of the defect to which you must cooperate to continue with your replacement.

Memobottle Pty Ltd has the right to decline your request for a replacement, if on inspection our team member does not believe your request follows our conditions. 

Typical replacement or exchange scenarios that will not be accepted include:

- Customer change of mind.

- If you have entered the wrong shipping address, unfortunately we cannot offer a replacement, nor redirect your item/s.

- Your request for a refund due to the memobottle Pty Ltd not being made of the material that you expected.

- New bottle smell upon receiving your item/s. (After cleaning and using this smell will disappear)

- If you have selected the wrong item, colour or size when purchasing.

- If you are not satisfied with the colour or transparency of the product. 

- Damage inflicted to your item/s incurred by the user. 

- Sale items.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Refunds will only be offered if your item/s has experienced manufacturing defects and you do not wish to receive a replacement. Given the information to which you provide us, a memobottle Pty Ltd team member may require further evidence of the defect to which you must cooperate to continue with your refund.

Memobottle Pty Ltd has the right to decline your request for a refund, if on inspection our team member does not believe your request follows our conditions.

Further, refunds must be requested within 30 days of first receiving your purchase (special circumstances will be considered), you must be able to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Typical refund scenarios that will not be accepted include:

- If you have entered the wrong shipping address, unfortunately we cannot offer a replacement, nor redirect your item/s.

- Your request for a refund due to the memobottle Pty Ltd not being made of the material that you expected.

- New bottle smell upon receiving your item/s.

- If you have entered the wrong shipping address, unfortunately we cannot offer a replacement, nor redirect your item/s.

- If you have selected the wrong item, colour or size.

- Damaged experienced to your item/s incurred by the user. 

- Sale items. 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund then please contact us at info.memobottle@theflank.com.

If a product exchange is approved, the product will be replaced at memobottle Pty Ltd expense within 10 to 15 business days. Any replacements or exchanges will be at the discretion of memobottlek Pty Ltd. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping ser
